01 Information we collect

Information you provide: When you create an account, contact support, or make a purchase, we may collect your name, email address, and payment confirmation details. Payments are processed by Apple and Google — we never receive your full card number.

Information collected automatically: When you use the Apps we collect device identifiers, app version, operating system, language, general usage events (such as which features you open), crash logs, and coarse location derived from IP address.

Information from advertising partners: For apps that show ads, our partners may assign an advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) subject to your device permissions.

02 How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the Apps, provide customer support, process purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, understand which features people enjoy, and — where permitted — to show relevant advertising and measure its performance.

We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not sell the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

03 Advertising & analytics

Some Apps are ad-supported. Advertising and analytics providers may set identifiers to limit repeat ads, measure engagement, and (with your consent where required) personalize ads. On iOS we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before tracking across apps owned by other companies.

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings, and you can opt out of personalized ads within each App's settings screen.

04 How we share information

We share information with service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, deliver ads, and provide analytics, all under contracts that restrict their use of the data. We may also share information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information for money.

05 Children's privacy

Our Apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Apps that are appropriate for children are configured for age-appropriate treatment, do not use behavioral advertising, and limit data collection to what is needed to run the App. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@optimusodd.com and we will delete it.

06 Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Crash and analytics data is typically retained in aggregated or de-identified form.

07 Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA), among others, have specific rights. To exercise any right, email privacy@optimusodd.com; we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law.

You can also control permissions (location, notifications, tracking) at any time in your device settings.

08 Security & international transfers

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than your own; where required we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you within the App or by other reasonable means and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
